History: Built on 3 floors, this traditional house was at one time a tea house (where its name comes from)

2 Sultan Rooms: +/- 40sqm each, with private bathrooms and a superb sea view to admire while relaxing during the day or with a drink at sunset
- 3 Prince Rooms: +/- 25sqm, with private bathroom and separate dressing room;
- 1 Princess Room: this room is slightly smaller but as original as the others and has a good size bathroom with direct entrance from the room.
